Breathwork + Meditation

Breathwork and meditation, taught together or separately, can help performers relax, focus, and recharge. I am certified both as an Advanced Breathwork Practitioner and a Kripalu Meditation Teacher.

Some applications of this work include:

  • focusing the mind

  • improving sleep

  • enhancing athletic performance

  • personal transformation

I offer private sessions and by-donation group classes in breathwork and meditation basics.
